Job Title: Head of Quality Operations at Magna Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to oversee the quality management system at Magna Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and improve quality across all divisions by identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Audit and assess manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Participate in problem-solving activities to resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures
  • Support customer escalations and provide feedback to divisions to ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in an automotive environment at a leadership level, preferably with cross-EU/International work experience
  • Certified IATF16949 and VDA6.3 auditor with excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
