**Your tasks**:

- In dieser sehr spannenden Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung der Qualitätskontrolle am Standort Graz.
- Fachliche und organisatorische Verantwortung für die Hauptabteilung Quality Control inklusive Mikrobiologie (7 Fachbereiche).
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Quality Control Teams am Standort Graz (ca. 120 Personen).
- Kosten
- und Budgetverantwortung und Mitglied im Plant Leadership Team.
- Kontrolllaborleiter gem. AMBO 2009/AMG, EU-GMP.
- Zeitgerechte und effiziente Durchführung der Analytik für Rohstofffreigabe, Produktfreigabe, Stabilitätsstudien, Prozess-, Raum
- und Anlagenvalidierungen, Projekte.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten GMP Vorgaben.
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse, Systeme und Methoden in der Quality Control.
- Abstimmung von Aufträgen, Prioritäten und Terminen mit allen relevanten Schnittstellen.
- Beurteilung und Implementierung neuer/geänderter GMP Vorgaben.
- Implementierung eines neuen LIMS-Systems sowie eines neuen Fachlabors für die Qualitätskontrolle von Biosimilars.

**Our expectations**:

- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (Universität, FH).
- Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Pharma - oder vergleichbarem internationalem Umfeld.
- Erfüllung der Kriterien zur Qualified Person gem. AMBO 2009/EU-GMP Annex 16 von Vorteil, aber nicht Voraussetzung.
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Bereich (c)GMP.
- Erfahrung Bereich Qualitätskontrolle von Sterilherstellung/ Aseptik von Vorteil.
- Starke und erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit mit Freude am Coaching von MitarbeiterInnen.
- Ausgeprägter Blick auf die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette.
- Eigenverantwortung, Kommunikations
- und Organisationsstärke.
- Ihr unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln überzeugt und bringt neue Ideen in die Abteilung
- Ausgezeichnete MS Office-, Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse
