Join Our Global Service Team as the Head of Service
In our quest to expand our global service business, we're seeking a visionary Global Head of Service to lead our network of service centers and technicians, including our valued 3rd party service partners.
Your mission will be to:
Expand our reach by increasing the number of our own service facilities and certified partners.
Elevate customer support using innovative digital tools and AI to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Drive sustainable growth by attracting more customers to our service offerings, positively impacting their overall experience.
Are You Our Ideal Candidate?
We're looking for a seasoned service manager with:
A decade of industry expertise , particularly in the Pump industry.
A global mindset, with experience managing diverse teams across borders.
Strategic and practical skills, capable of initiating and implementing new processes and operations effectively.
Your Home Base:
You'll be stationed in Graz, amidst the ANDRITZ corporate and Pumps Divisional Headquarters. With our flexible Home Office Policy and regular business travel, you can expect to spend around 50% of your working days in Graz.
Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Global Head of the Division, playing a pivotal role in shaping our service strategy.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.389,04 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
