In our **Pumps** Division in **Graz**, we are looking for a **Global Head of Service Pumps (M/F/d)**.
**Join Our Global Service Team as the Head of Service**
In our quest to expand our global service business, we're seeking a visionary **Global Head of Service **to lead our network of service centers and technicians, including our valued 3rd party service partners.
**Your mission will be to**:
- **Expand our reach **by increasing the number of our own service facilities and certified partners.
- **Elevate customer support **using innovative digital tools and AI to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Drive sustainable growth** by attracting more customers to our service offerings, positively impacting their overall experience.
We're looking for a seasoned service manager with:
- **A decade of industry expertise**, particularly in the Pump industry.
- **A global mindset,** with experience managing diverse teams across borders.
- **Strategic and practical skills,** capable of initiating and implementing new processes and operations effectively.
**Your Home Base**:
You'll be stationed in Graz, amidst the ANDRITZ corporate and Pumps Divisional Headquarters. With our flexible Home Office Policy and regular business travel, you can expect to spend around 50% of your working days in Graz.
**Reporting Structure**:
You will report directly to the Global Head of the Division, playing a pivotal role in shaping our service strategy.

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.389,04 for this position.
Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
