Data Analyst (m/w/d) Dienstort: Salzburg Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten im Bereich Datenanalyse, -modellierung und -visualisierung von Geschäftsdaten
  • Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Reports und Dashboards zur kontinuierlichen Bearbeitung mit den Fachabteilungen.
  • Identifizierung datengetriebener Optimierungspotenziale und Ausarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Aktive Entwicklung von innovativen Data-Lösungen sowie komplexer Analytics-Anwendungen und Einbringung von Impulsen zur Einführung neuer datengetriebener Ansätze
  • Agieren als wichtiger Business Partner für Kolleg:innen in verschiedenen Fachbereichen, um in der Zusammenarbeiten Entscheidungsprozesse voranzutreiben.
Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Datenanalyse und -visualisierung, sehr gerne aus dem Handels- oder Finanzumfeld.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Datenmodelierung
  • Softwarekenntnisse in Microsoft Power BI im Umfeld Fabric sind von Vorteil, nicht zwingend erforderlich. Wir bieten die Möglichkeit zur Weiterbildung.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, um komplexe Daten und Informationen einfach, klar und präzise darzustellen und zu kommunizieren.
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeiten, um eine zielgerichtete Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen zu gewährleisten. Besonders wichtig ist eine proaktive und empathische Persönlichkeit.
