Delivery Manager



As the IT of the REWE Group Austria, we work together with our more than 600 employees to develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad, setting the tone for modern trade. With our cross-functional teams from the four divisions of IT Consulting, IT Development, IT Operations and IT Organization, we develop tailor-made solutions for clients and partners.

• Introduce a service catalogue by enabling and assisting product teams to create service descriptions of their services
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Technology cluster to internal customers, managing service delivery and cluster delivery projects
• Monitor and report on service performance using KPIs, fostering stakeholder relationships in periodic review meetings
• Identify areas of continuous improvement
• Initialize and track Service Improvement Projects
• Guide the operationalization of GRC regulations within product teams

• 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable environment with focus of delivery management
• A collaborative team player who can motivate people and foster a nurturing environment for Operational Excellence
• Experience in planning and managing projects
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate ongoing projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good understanding of GRC regulation and their practical application
• Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus
