Location: remote; Austria, Spain, Italy, France, GreeceAs technical species expert you grow the Performance Solutions business for the markets in the South Europe Operating Unit. You work directly with the sales markets to define and implement key sales and marketing actions to build up our market reputation and customer awareness.At dsm-firmenich, being a force for good is not optional. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated.Your key responsibilitiesAccountable for Performance Solutions sales for the swine and poultry market across the Operating Unit by leading specific business development priorities and sales & marketing actions for the Operating UnitWorks to develop PS sales across an agreed and aligned set of accounts in the Operating UnitWorks with local markets and engages with key customers as a “difference maker” to generate PS sales (part of account team)Independently visit customers (vet, nutritionist, production mgr.) to solicit customer issues, create new leads and generate awareness.Provides nutritional and health solution recommendations in a highly consultative, value-added solution selling sales process.
