Dynatrace Specialist (d/m/w) Application Performance Management (APM) in Munich This is what you have in mind You will manage and optimize the Dynatrace Managed environment to ensure performance monitoring and troubleshooting in our IT infrastructures. You will analyze and identify performance issues and application bottlenecks and make suggestions for resolution and optimization. You will work closely with various IT teams to integrate Dynatrace into existing systems and ensure smooth operation. You will create and maintain dashboards and alerts in Dynatrace to monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) You support the introduction of new Dynatrace functions and actively contribute to their integration You proactively monitor the system performance of the applications and implement measures for continuous improvement. What you bring with you Completed technical training or degree with a background in information technology. Several years of experience in working with Dynatrace Managed. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies and application architectures. Good knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Ansible or similar tools. Quick comprehension, personal responsibility and high willingness to learn and take initiative to build new skills. Organizational talent and enjoy breaking new ground and driving topics forward. Ability to work in a team and social skills in dealing with different discussion partners. High degree of goal orientation, personal responsibility and initiative.
