**Job Description**:
As a part of our global People and Culture Team, the Workplace Experience Team is further enhancing one incomparable and best-in-class workplace environment that fosters employee engagement to drive exceptional business outcomes.

As a Senior Workplace Experience Specialist and Team Captain, you will ensure consistency and compliance with company policies while supporting our hybrid team with two colleagues assigned to your office. You will closely cooperate with the global Workplace Experience team and play a vital role in driving exceptional employee experiences.
You will be responsible for leading the local team and assuring their professional development and growth within the company. In close collaboration with the local Office Leadership, you will further develop local initiatives whilst strongly connecting with global teams to ensure alignment and one global Dynatrace experience.
**Responsibilities**:
**People Leadership**
- Take over responsibility for leading and mentoring your team members and support on their growth path in Dynatrace
- Act as a gate keeper for team well-being, ensure great team performance in regular feedback meetings
- Closely collaborate with the on-site office leadership team to guarantee best support in consultation with your team
- Build the bridge between local team needs and global team alignment
- Drive decision making processes and ensuring its compliance with global directives
**Own & Drive Associate Programs and Culture**:
- Full ownership of associate programs that reinforce Dynatrace Culture and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Be a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, nurturing work relationships, and building social engagement.
**Support Transformation Initiatives**:
- Be driver of innovative solutions and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team, local site leaders, and your team members.
- Identify and eliminate workforce gaps and risks and detect areas of opportunity for further development.
**Exceptional Event Experiences**:
- Deliver exceptional event experiences tailored to the needs of your office location and the office community in close cooperation with the global Workplace Experience team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute successful events that align with the overall employee experience strategy.
**Onboarding and Employee Experience**:
- Create an outstanding first-day experience for new team members in the respective office and take over mentorship for new team members within WPX team
- Ensure that all new Dynatrace employees feel welcomed and integrated into the local community and culture from day one.
- Drive global initiatives, maintain and further improve our Information Hub SharePoint as a single source of truth for all processes.
- Be the person to go to and openly share experiences and knowledge with the global team members while showing eagerness to constantly improve workflows.
**Operational Support**:
- Coordinate visitor management, workshop preparation, and onsite facility services to ensure smooth operations.
- Work on and further develop employee benefits administration, ensuring alignment, improvement, and competitiveness of our employee benefits in close collaboration with the People Operations Team.
**Qualifications**:
- Min. 5 years of experience in Office Management, Event Management or a similar role in a fast-paced, multicultural, and rapidly changing environment.
- Fluent German and English is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide regional teams
- High empathy for people's needs with focus on team performance and wellbeing.
- Experience in partnering with teams based in several countries simultaneously, providing comprehensive support, including organization development, growth, and change programs.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
