**Your Role at Dynatrace**

You will be part of the WPX Leadership team, partnering with People & Culture Leadership to design and shape the WPX vision and strategy. You will oversee all 9 Dynatrace offices across Austria and inspire and empower local people leaders and team members through mentorship and coaching.

You will co-own topics and projects, driving them towards mission-critical goals.

  • Provide leadership and enable a team of 15+ individuals who handle WPX responsibilities across Austria.
  • Build a future-ready team to enhance and drive WPX throughout the organization.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, coach, and mentor to navigate the team through various change processes.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments and teams to optimize workforce planning, resource allocation, and capacity management.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-regional teams.
  • Proven leadership experience; ideally in an agile, fast-paced work environment.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Experience partnering with colleagues across the world, providing comprehensive support, including organization development, growth, and change programs.

**What We Offer**

The estimated annual salary for this position is €70,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. However, we offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
