Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of fulfilment operations at IKEA Austria GmbH. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that strives to deliver exceptional customer experiences and to drive business growth through process improvements and innovations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fulfilment operations, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and delivery.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • A strong background in logistics or supply chain management, with experience in operational leadership roles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and verbal.
What We Offer

As a Logistics Operations Director at IKEA Austria GmbH, you can expect a competitive salary of €36,000 gross per year, based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week).
