As a leading provider of consumer electronics, StreamView is seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the company's supply chain operations in Vienna.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional with extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely customer deliveries, cost optimization, and compliance with insurance policies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate supply chain, warehousing, shipping, and insurance costs to identify savings opportunities.
  • Manage international cooperation with logistics partners in Europe and China to ensure punctual delivery dates and compliance with insurance requirements.
  • Optimize warehousing and ensure that goods are available on time, taking insurance cover into account.
  • Review and adjust warehouse locations to reduce costs, including review of insurance cover.
  • Contact person for insurance companies in the event of damage, with responsibility for rapid processing and provision of all documents such as damage documentation and transport reports.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have many years of professional experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry. In-depth knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and warehouse logistics processes and their efficient control is essential. Experience in working with relevant systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central, as well as knowledge of transport and warehouse insurance, is required.
