Job Description: Operational Excellence Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to take on the role of Operational Excellence Director, focusing on the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of internal processes. This position plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations while driving technological innovation and compliance with regulatory requirements.

As part of the leadership team, you will contribute significantly to the scalable growth of Bitpanda, managing operations, streamlining processes through innovation, ensuring employee data security and adherence to all necessary standards.

Estimated Salary Range:

Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this position to be around €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Automation, and Process Improvement in a fast-growing tech or multinational environment.
  • Proven management experience, including leading engineering teams and projects.
  • Familiarity with Hyperautomation tools such as BPMS (ideally Appian) and/or RPA (ideally UiPath).
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational changes, implementing new systems, and improving processes in a growing organization.
  • Strong analytical skills using data and analytics for decision-making and process improvement.
