Executive Director of Process Optimization and Automation

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of our internal processes while driving technological innovation and regulatory compliance. As part of our leadership team, you will contribute to our scalable growth by managing operations, streamlining and automating processes through innovation, and ensuring employee data security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute operational excellence strategies to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
  • Lead the adoption of Hyperautomation technology, driving automation and collaborating with IT to enhance efficiency and reduce manual workflows.
  • Drive technical innovation of the Operational Excellence Team.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress of initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years experience in Operational Excellence, Automation, and Process Improvement in a fast-growing tech or multinational environment.
  • Management experience - proven track record of leading engineering teams and projects.
  • Familiar with Hyperautomation tools such as BPMS (ideally Appian) and/or RPA (ideally UiPath).
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational changes, implementing new systems, driving adoption, and improving processes in a growing organization.
