A talented and experienced Hotel Operations Director is required to join our dynamic team at Staycity Group. In this role, you will oversee the smooth operation of our Housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Director to lead our Housekeeping department in Vienna. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and upholding Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining high-quality presentation and hygiene standards, and ensuring seamless operations. Your exceptional communication skills and leadership abilities will enable you to motivate and support your team, driving world-class results every day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and uphold SOPs for the Housekeeping department
  • Maintain high-quality presentation and hygiene standards
  • Manage customer interactions and assist with daily operations and administration
  • Inspect goods received by the Housekeeping department for quality and quantity
  • Ensure timely purchases and maintain inventory levels
  • Provide training, guidance, and supervision to the Housekeeping team
  • Evaluate individual and team performance against set objectives

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Proven track record in hotel or hospitality, with prior experience in housekeeping
  • Exceptional eye for detail and outstanding communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer care
