**What to do**:
We are looking for students to support our workplace teams. Typical tasks - depending on the field - would be:

- Support and consultancy regarding our IT workplace within Erste Group
- Customize our Windows and Apple hardware and prepare it for deployment
- Check and approval of IT workplace related requests according to our policies
- Service Request Management fulfillment and supporting our users
- Support of IT workplace related projects, e.g. testing the new request tool from a demand manager's and user's perspective
- Support our Workplace research & development team with your knowledge and help us solve tricky problems together with high-end specialists

Enrolled student with on-going program at University (Uni, FH)

Customer orientation, organizational skills and a structured way of working

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is advantageous

Passion for teamwork and continuous learning

At least conversational German and English (we offer courses)

Curious and empathetic, treating all people with respect

Immediate start for an internship with the duration of 12 months with the potential for further extension

We offer you a varied part-time internship position (20-30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of EUR 2.635;
- gross per month (on a full-time basis) is offered.
