  • In dieser Position betreust du IT-Projekte von unserem Wiener Büro aus für unsere Kunden im DACH-Raum. Dabei übernimmst du als Project Manager:in viele Rollen und bist sowohl gestalterisch als auch koordinierend und problemlösend tätig. Eine spannende Aufgabe mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum, Teamwork und Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Du bist von der Abwicklung, über die Gestaltung und Koordination bis zur Qualitätssicherung der Lieferpakete und der nachhaltigen Kundenbetreuung für das Projekt verantwortlich und schaust, dass alles funktioniert.
  • Du übernimmst das Budget- und Ressourcenmanagement sowie die wirtschaftliche Planung der Projekte.
  • Du bist in enger Abstimmung mit der technischen Führung des Teams und der Abteilungsleitung.
  • Du hast einen guten Einblick in die Funktionalitäten der Software und kannst unsere Kunden gezielt beraten und aktiv Unterstützung leisten.
  • Du kennst die Bedürfnisse der Kunden und bist Ansprechpartner:in bei Problemen oder Fragen.
  • Du identifizierst Cross- und Upselling Potenziale bei unseren Kunden.
Unsere Erwartungen an dich: Erfahrung
  • Du verfügst über min. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement (vorzugsweise von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten). Wir freuen auch über Bewerbungen von Wiedereinsteiger:innen.
  • Du verstehst komplexe Softwarelösungen und verfügst über genügend IT Know-how, um mit dem Team auf Augenhöhe über die Weiterentwicklung der Software zu sprechen.
  • Du bringst Interesse oder idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Requirements Engineering mit.
  • Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit agilen Methoden der Softwareentwicklung.
  • Du hast Interesse daran dich fachlich weiter zu entwickeln und ggf. auch entsprechende Zertifizierungen zu machen.
  • Persönlich zeichnest du dich durch Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, Engagement und die Fähigkeit, den Überblick zu behalten, aus.
  • Außerdem bringst du ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (min. B2-Niveau) mit.
