What you'll do Leading the Logistics Organisation in Central Eastern Europe Report directly to Head of Logistics Europe Design and implement the logistics strategy in alignment with the overall business and supply chain goals Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing and distribution Designing and establishing best in class Logistics processes to enhance customer satisfaction;
improve efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with all relevant local, national, and international regulations, and enforce safety and quality standards across logistics operations Lead and develop the logistics team across 13 countries, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement What makes you a good fit Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role Fluency in English Ability to locate to central location in Budapest;
Vienna (other locationsin the region also considered) Excellent leadership, team management, and communication, presentation skills Strong analytical skills and structured approach Ability to lead meetings/negotiations with both Logistics providers and customers Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments (e.G., procurement, sales, operations) to align logistics strategy with overall business goals and deliver targets Strong Business and Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and cost control measures Strong customer focus Some advantages of joining Henkel Be an important part of our logistic team in Vienna or Budapest Training and professional growth opportunities in an international environment Mentoring and buddy program Flexible working conditions, Henkel canteen, Henkel shop and other benefits Online and offline networking events Minimum annual gross salary EUR85,000 for a fulltime position;
