Job Purpose and Summary Canon CEE in Vienna, Austria is seeking a Photo Video Product Specialist. This role is responsible for creating and implementing effective product training, product marketing activities, content development and market research across 24 countries within the CEE region. This individual is highly energized with a forward thinking mindset and a curiosity for technology. What we giveCreate product training materials and deliver product training to internal teams and external partnersMaintain current knowledge of Canon’s product offerings and competitors’ productsIdentify and stay up-to-date with photo video industry trends in the region via regular market researchDevelop and execute new product launches with the support of Product Business Developers and MarketingSupport marketing to deliver the right messages, to the right customers, with the right media to create maximum demandCreate content and materials customized to the specific needs of the target audiencesProvide technical product expertise and act as the products specialist in the regionSupport the local teams to demonstrate product capabilities at touch & try events for partners or end usersManage the relationship with Canon AmbassadorsServe as CPS Professional support to Canon accredited photographers during special events and support CPS program initiativesLead the Canon Academy program to educate end users about our products in cooperation with Canon Ambassadors and speakersManage, coordinate and track product samples inventory and loans to internal or external usersWhat we askBachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field of advantage5+ years of product management experience in consumer electronics industrySound experience with Photo and Video camera related productsMust have computer network, or Software ExperienceMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and WordExceptional knowledge of Sales and Marketing processesExcellent verbal and written skills requiredYou will needWe offer a market-oriented annual target salary (incl. bonus) from EUR 60.000 gross, depending on your educational background and experience.
