Für unser Tochterunternehmen, die TSG EDV-Terminal Service Ges.M.B.H., suchen wir ehestmöglich oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n IT Infrastructure Specialist (m/f/d) (Dienstort Wien, Vollzeit) ITIL konformes Annehmen und Abarbeiten von Incident sowie Change Tickets im 2nd Level Betrieb Flexibler Tagesablauf von der Bedienung eines Service Point über Behebung von Störungen auf Windows Clients bis hin zu Patching von Servern Zeitgerechtes erledigen von gewünschten IT relevanten Änderungen Dokumentation von Betriebsänderungen Erkennung und Analyse von wiederkehrenden Problemen Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position Gute Kenntnisse bzw. Erfahrung im Umgang mit folgenden Technologien (je mehr desto besser):
Microsoft Produkte Windows 10 Windows Server Office Active Directory Sharepoint Exchange SCCM SQL VMware Produkte vSphere Workspace ONE Horizon Backup & Recovery Software Unterstützung bei typischen Desktop-Anwendungsthemen zB Google Chrome, Adobe Acrobat, 7zip, Antivirus-Software, etc. Basis Wissen für Netzwerktechnik Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen und hochprofessionellen Spezialisten-Team Herausfordernde, spannende Tätigkeit Vollzeitbeschäftigung (38,5 Stunden pro Woche) Offene Teamkultur und Flexibilität Interne Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld Aus- und Weiterbildung Das Jahres-Mindestgehalt beträgt laut Kollektivvertrag € 43.078,- auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
