Leitung und Entwicklung unseres Terminplanungsteams (2-4 Terminplaner) Leitung, Betreuung und Überwachung unserer PM-Tools zur Termin und Ressourcenplanung (MS Project online) Betreuung unseres externen Partners Installierung eines Supportdienstes rund um das Termin- und Ressourcenmanagement Qualitätssicherung im Zusammenhang mit Termin- und Ressourcenmanagement Risikomanagement im Zusammenhang mit Termin- und Ressourcenmanagement Identifikation von potenzielle Risiken und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung oder -vermeidung. Erstellung von Berichten (Projekt und Portfolioebene) über den Terminplanstatus, Ressourcenauslastung und andere relevante Kennzahlen für das Management, die Projektleitung und alle relevanten Stakeholder Sicherstellung des regelmäßigen Berichtswesen Einbindung in das projektbezogene Berichtswesen inklusive Dokumentation sowie die Aufbereitung übergeordneter Ergebnisse für Besprechungen Schulung des Projektteams und aller Stakeholdern in unseren Termin- und Ressourcenplanungsprozessen und -werkzeugen Best Practices und Prozessverbesserung:
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) Sie haben mehrjährige, vertiefte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Terminplanung komplexer Projekte Sie besitzen hervorragende Kenntnisse in gängigen Projektmanagement Tools:
Versierte Anwenderkenntnisse im Bereich MS-Project (und MS-Project Online von Vorteil) Versierte Anwenderkenntnisse im Bereich MS-Excel und Datenanalyse durch Excel Anwenderkenntnisse von Power BI SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Ihnen sind die Methoden und theoretischen Vorgehensmodelle des modernen Projektmanagements (klassisch & agil) geläufig und Sie können diese situativ einsetzen (eine Zertifizierung ist von Vorteil (z. B. IPMA, Scrum)).
