We are seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our treasury management solutions team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a background in project management and treasury operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, implementation, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, experience working with SaaS companies, and a deep understanding of treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting customer expectations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop project plans, identify risks, and mitigate issues
  • Maintain open communication with customers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS company or treasury operations
  • Proven track record of leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with treasury operations and payments systems
  • Native level German and fluent English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus
