Job Summary

The Technical Director will drive the scaling of our growth, overseeing technical projects and contributing to product development. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and expertise in process engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Company Tech Strategy: Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives, ensuring alignment with industry trends and market demands.
  • Lead International Projects: Oversee the conception, planning, and commissioning of industrial plant construction projects, collaborating with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Process Engineering Expertise: Strategize, plan, and develop concepts for industrial plants, focusing on efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Resource Management: Allocate human and financial resources effectively, fostering partnerships with suppliers and contractors to achieve business goals.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and contribute to product development, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Problem-Solving: Lead initiatives to resolve technical challenges, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the company.
  • Development Initiatives: Implement development programs, establishing standardization processes to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Engineering or a relevant field (mechanical engineering, chemistry).
  • Solid track record in a tech leadership role in an industrial environment.
  • Hands-on attitude, experience working in a start-up environment.
  • Experience managing change processes or transformation projects.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
Compensation and Benefits
  • EUR 5,000 - EUR 7,500 (minimum gross salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
