As a Senior Project Manager in our Power and Sensor Systems, you'll lead global GaN projects , manage teams , oversee budgets , and drive decisions . You'll ensure smooth communication , handle risks , and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, production, and external partners.
Leading global and cross-functional project teams in the GaN Systems Business Line
Managing complex GaN power platform projects from concept to end-of-life
Overseeing budgets , risk management , and target achievement for all project phases
Contributing to lean project management improvements and representing your projects at senior levels
You excel in planning , leading , and reporting projects , with a venture mindset that prioritizes business success at the customer. To round up your profile, your strong communication skills enable you to effectively manage multicultural teams .
7+ years of experience in silicon development , with 5+ years in project management (IPMA-C certification as a plus)
~ Expertise in leading global projects and working with advanced technologies
~ Ready to travel and manage multicultural teams across different sites
~ Fluent in English , with good German skills as a plus
