Join Our Team as a Senior Project Manager for GaN Power Systems

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our global GaN power systems projects. As a key member of our Power and Sensor Systems team, you'll drive innovation and shape the future of energy-efficient technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex GaN power platform projects from concept to end-of-life
  • Lead global and cross-functional project teams in the GaN Systems Business Line
  • Oversee budgets, risk management, and target achievement for all project phases
  • Contribute to lean project management improvements and represent your projects at senior levels
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and change management

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in silicon development, with 5+ years in project management (IPMA-C certification as a plus)
  • Expertise in leading global projects and working with advanced technologies
  • Fluent in English, with good German skills as a plus
  • Ability to travel and manage multicultural teams across different sites
