Deine Hauptaufgaben Führung & Strategie Leite und entwickle ein Team von Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding Spezialisten in Wien. Definiere und implementiere die Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding Strategien im Einklang mit den Geschäftsanforderungen und Unternehmenszielen. Treibe Initiativen voran, um unseren Kunden als führenden Arbeitgeber auf dem Markt zu positionieren. Talent Acquisition Überwache alle Rekrutierungsprozesse von Anfang bis Ende und sorge für eine nahtlose Kandidatenerfahrung. Sei ein wichtiger Berater für Rekrutierungsstrategien, Stellenbeschreibungen und Auswahlprozesse, einschließlich aktiver Sourcing-Bemühungen. Arbeite eng mit Talent Acquisition Spezialisten in der gesamten Organisation zusammen. Unterstütze die Einstellungsmanager durch Bereitstellung bewährter Praktiken und führe Schulungen durch, um sie auf dem Laufenden zu halten. Repräsentiere unseren Kunden bei strategischen Veranstaltungen wie Karrieremessen, Meet-Ups und Branchennetzwerkerveranstaltungen, um die Sichtbarkeit zu erhöhen und hochkarätige Talente zu gewinnen. Überwache und optimiere Recruiting-KPIs zur Sicherstellung von Effizienz und Effektivität. Employer Branding Entwickle und leite Employer Branding-Strategien, die mit den Unternehmenszielen übereinstimmen, und sorge für Konsistenz und Relevanz in den Tochtergesellschaften. Arbeite eng mit wichtigen Stakeholdern, einschließlich des Marketingteams und regionalen Büros, zusammen, um das Arbeitgebersimage des Unternehmens zu verbessern. Positioniere unseren Kunden als bevorzugten Arbeitgeber, indem du ein unverwechselbares und attraktives Employer Value Proposition (EVP) förderst. Entwickle Strategien zur Stärkung des internen Employer Brandings und der Mitarbeiterbindung durch gezielte Kommunikations- und Engagement-Initiativen. Onboarding & Kandidatenerfahrung Überwache den Onboarding-Prozess und sorge für einen positiven und willkommenen Start für neue Kollegen. Entwickle innovative Online- und Offline-Onboarding-Reisen und Buddy-Systeme, um die Bindung und Anpassung an die Unternehmenskultur zu fördern. Projektmanagement Leite und nimm an funktionsübergreifenden Projekten im Zusammenhang mit Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding teil. Sorge für kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Tools, Prozessen und Strategien. Deine Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher) in HR, Psychologie Marketing, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Talent Acquisition und Employer Branding Nachweisliche Expertise im Management von end-to-end Rekrutierung und Sourcing-Prozessen Vertrautheit mit Arbeitsgesetzen und Best Practices in Rekrutierung und Employer Branding Führungserfahrung mit der Fähigkeit, dein Team zu inspirieren und zu leiten Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten mit einer ergebnisorientierten Denkweise Kreativität und Fertigkeit im Erstellen ansprechender Kommunikationsmaterialien Exzellente Präsentations-, Verhandlungs- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten Hands-on Mentalität mit Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (schriftlich und mündlich) Deine Vorteile Flexible Arbeitszeiten, hybrides Arbeitsmodell und eine gesunde Work-Life-Balance-Kultur.
