Overview

Are you passionate about connecting top talent with the right opportunities? At Eversports, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Team and help us scale our recruitment efforts. This role focuses on commercial hiring with an eye on tech recruitment, ensuring that we attract and onboard the best talent to drive Eversports' growth. Employment: 30-35h / week, every second Friday off

Planned start: 01.02.2025

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles and support tech hiring
  • Optimize recruitment processes and implement workflows in Greenhouse
  • Develop innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and track key hiring metrics
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
Your Profile
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment; with exposure to tech hiring (developers, designers, etc.) and ideally in start-up/scale-up environments
  • Fluency in German and English; Spanish or French is a plus
  • Strong skills in sourcing strategies, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse), and data-driven recruitment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to build trust across teams
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for creating great candidate experiences
