  • Unterstützung der Umsetzung der Data-Governance-Strategie und -Richtlinie
  • Vorantreiben der Data-Governance-Implementierung und Entwicklung der Pipeline für die EU AG-Einheit
  • Vorantreiben der Datendefinition, der Abstammung und der Governance-Aspekte für priorisierte Anwendungsfälle in Zusammenarbeit mit der IT-Abteilung und den wichtigsten Interessengruppen
  • Verantwortlich für die Überwachung von Änderungen der Geschäftsdatenanforderungen und Sicherstellung der Durchführung von Änderungs- und Freigabemanagementaktivitäten für die Datendomänen
  • Beitrag zum Ziel des Unternehmens, die regulatorischen Erwartungen der Branche in Bezug auf die Datenverwaltung zu erfüllen und Prozesse einzurichten, die genaue, vollständige, zeitnahe und zuverlässige Daten erzeugen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Local Data Officers und den Teams in der gesamten Abteilung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Datenstandards und den Anforderungen an die Datenübernahme für EMEA Data
  • Teilnahme an den verschiedenen Data-Governance- und Programmforen, um die Robustheit des bankweiten Data-Governance-Rahmens aus Sicht der EU-Einheiten zu verbessern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäfts-, Compliance-, Technologie- und anderen Gruppen, um sicherzustellen, dass datenbezogene Geschäftsanforderungen im Rahmen der Priorisierung und Planung von Initiativen klar definiert und kommuniziert werden
  • Unterstützung bei der Untersuchung von Datenqualitätsproblemen, Entwicklung von Abhilfeplänen und Empfehlungen zur Behebung an der Quelle
    • Solide Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Bereichen Data Governance, Datenqualität, Profilerstellung und Analyse sowie BCBS239 und EZB-Onboarding-Aktivitäten
    • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis der funktionalen Datenbereiche Risiko und Finanzen
    • Kenntnisse der datenbezogenen aufsichtsrechtlichen Anforderungen in der EU sowie der Data-Governance-Praktiken und der Geschäfts- und Technologiefragen im Zusammenhang mit der Verwaltung von Unternehmensdaten
    • Fähigkeit, unternehmensweit zu denken und nicht nur in Silos oder Geschäftsbereichen
    • Analytischer Verstand mit Erfahrung in der Problemlösung und der Fähigkeit, Lösungen zu implementieren und zu liefern
    • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten zur Einbindung von Stakeholdern, um zu kommunizieren und die Zustimmung der Stakeholder in der gesamten EU AG zu erreichen
    • Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsinteressenten, um die rechtzeitige Umsetzung von Lösungen zu gewährleisten und Verzögerungen und Hindernisse an die Kontrollgremien des Unternehmens weiterzuleiten
    • Verständnis von physischen, logischen und geschäftlichen Datenmodellen
    • Analytischer Verstand mit Erfahrung in der Problemlösung und der Fähigkeit, Lösungen zu implementieren und zu liefern.
    • Beherrschung von Microsoft Excel, Visio und PowerPoint zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsprozessmodellierung
    • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten und gleichzeitig die Fähigkeit zu behalten, mit wenig Aufsicht unabhängig zu arbeiten.
    • Sicheres Auftreten und gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
    • Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten und Herausforderungen bis zur Lösung zu bewältigen
    • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einem beliebigen Fach oder einschlägige Branchenerfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem quantitativen Bereich
    • Erfahrung mit Collibra und anderen Data-Governance-Tools
    • Arbeit mit Data-Governance-Tools (Collibra, Owl DQ, Solidatus usw.)
    • Erfahrung mit Power BI, Tableau und SharePoint
    • Erfahrung mit SQL, Python, R,
    • Erfahrung im Bereich Data Engineering
    • Kenntnisse über aufkommende Trends und Probleme in der Datenmanagement-Landschaft
    • Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Finanzdienstleistungen
