  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung unter Anwendung von Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen und Value Stream Mapping
  • Erarbeitung der Strategie für Managementsysteme, um Best-Practice-Kapazitätsplanungs-Visionen, -Strategien, -Politiken, -Prozesse und -Verfahren zur Verbesserung der betrieblichen Leistung des Standorts zu schaffen und umzusetzen
  • Mitwirkung an neuen Geschäftsinitiativen und -projekten sowie Prüfung und Kommunikation der Auswirkungen auf die Integrierten Managementsysteme (IMS)
  • Unterstützung und Anleitung von Prozessverbesserungsteams und Prozessverantwortlichen zur erfolgreichen Erreichung von Prozesszielen
  • Identifizierung und Dokumentation von Prozesslücken und Ineffizienzen sowie Empfehlung und Umsetzung von Lösungen
  • Entwicklung von Metriken und Berichten zur Überwachung der Prozessleistung und zur Messung der Auswirkungen von Prozessänderungen
  • Schulung und Coaching von Unternehmensteams zu Konzepten, Instrumenten und Techniken der Prozessoptimierung
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Prozessmanagement, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Prozessoptimierung und -management sowie in der Erstellung von Managementsystemen
    • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Tools zur Prozessanalyse und -optimierung (beispielsweise Six Sigma, Lean Management)
    • Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools
    • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
    • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung
