System Engineer On-Site Support

- 1st und 2nd Level Support und betreust AnwenderInnen im Microsoft/Mac Umfeld sowohl direkt am Arbeitsplatz (vor Ort) als auch per Remote-Zugriff oder via Telefon
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen über das Ticketsystem vorwiegend auf Deutsch undgelegentlich auf Englisch
- Du übernimmst die Qualifizierung von Problemstellungen und erarbeitest deren Lösung in Zusammenarbeit mitnachgelagerten Supportschnittstellen/ Dienstleistern
- IT-Beschaffung und Abwicklung der Bestellungen von Hardware für die Endkunden verantwortlich
- Einweisung neuer MitarbeiterInnen in Standard-Anwendungen und Installation und Rollouts neuer Endgeräte (Smartphones, Notebooks, Workstations)
- Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbarer technischer Abschluss
- Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Position im IT-Support oder Betrieb >500 Clients verteilt über mehrere Standorte
- Operative Erfahrung mit Ticket-Systemen und ITIL-Prozessen und IT-Service Management
- Kenntnisse Kommunikationsprotokolle, Kenntnisse zur Fehleranalyse bei Verbindungsproblemen
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse in Microsoft Client- und Serverbetriebssystemen und Office Produkten
- Fundierte operative Erfahrung und Kenntnisse im Umfeld von O365 und M365 (z.B. Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, SharePoint Online)
