Senior Account Executive â Pharmacy

As Senior Account Executive in the Pharmacy team you will be the primary account manager for NSW based clients in a growing team.   You will implement Client First Principles across your portfolio of large to medium corporate accounts, ensuring high quality customer service is always provided and set revenue and expense budgets are consistently attained.

We will count on you to:

  • Consistently achieve agreed service standards.
  • Visit clients in person to foster effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers and frequently monitor political, management and other changes to preserve and protect these relationships.
  • Take a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients ensuring client needs are identified and met
  • Implement successful account retention and defence strategies.
  • Maintain an awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim related matters and assist claims personnel in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients and keep abreast of all new technical and product developments.
  • Possess a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act, Insurance Contracts Act, Fire Services Levy, Stamp Duties, Worker's Compensation and other relevant legislation and keep abreast of all new developments.

What you need to have:

  • Tier 1 qualification
  • Demonstrated experience working with SME and corporate client accounts
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation for client services and solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft office

  • Experience in either Retail, Pharmacy or Allied Health sectors
  • Organised to be able to service renewal clients
  • Confidence to convert warm leads received
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Degree in Insurance or related field
