Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Operations:

  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximise operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Manage customer database and pricing maintenance (SAP), ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, and that correct pricing is applied across all transactions.

  • Build strong internal working relationships as the primary interface between commercial, customer service, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.

  • Balance operational continuity with financial performance by managing customer credit limits and resolution of late payments.

Logistics management:

  • Lead the relationship with our 3rd-party logistics providers, including budgetary management and implementation of operational improvements.

  • Responsible for inventory ownership, working with 3rd-party warehouses to identify and resolve any issues, ensuring that routine operations run smoothly.

Customer engagement and reporting:

  • Evaluate sales and operational data to extract key performance measures.

  • Drive engagement at our key accounts by routinely reporting on these KPIs and related commercial insights.

Customer service:

  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders and enquiries.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Work seamlessly with our customer service team to provide a consistently high and unwavering level of support to our customers.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior-level customer service, operations, or logistics.

  • Previous customer-facing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

  • ERP system proficiency (SAP highly preferred) in order management, customer master data, and inventory management.

  • MS Excel: proficiency in analysis and visualisation of multi-source data.

  • Experience in identification and execution of continuous improvement opportunities.
