Head of Customer of Experience - Lane Cove West

Carlile Swimming, Australia’s leading learn to swim group, has an opening for a dedicated, reliable and motivated person to fill the vital role of Head of Customer Experience at its swim school located in Lane Cove West.

The Head of Customer Experience, is the 2IC at Carlile Swimming Lane Cove West and you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive and memorable experience every time they visit. Your responsibilities will include active involvement in day-to-day operations by teaching/coaching, supervising and customer service duties. Managing customer interactions, and leading a team of dedicated staff. The Head of Customer Experience reports directly to the Operations Manager. Career Progression

Carlile Swimming, is Australia's first learn to swim business and pioneered baby and toddler teaching in Australia. Carlile is part of a growing group of swim schools including Aquatic Achievers and Kirby Swim with operations in Queensland, NSW, ACT, Melbourne and Perth. Who are you

The successful applicant will be organised, love working with children, keeping them safe and helping them achieve. You will be personable, engaging and have great communication skills. You work well with colleagues, children and their families, you understand that every interaction with children and their parents is an opportunity to show them, that Carlile cares.  

Previous experience in the swimming industry is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer facing teams, from teachers, to supervisors and all support staff to ensure we build a culture where children and parents are at the centre of everything we do.
  • To help create a culture where great customer experience is an inevitable outcome.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the pool, ensuring a clean, safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all staff, students and visitors.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Coordinate and implement customer experience strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • To maintain the integrity and efficiency of the programs.
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Teach/coach
