Fastenal Europe sucht ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n Mitarbeiter/in als Account Specialist (m/w/d) für eine Vollzeitanstellung in Wien, Österreich. Gerne bewerben Sie sich auch als Quereinsteiger.

Die Tätigkeit ermöglicht Ihnen interessante Einblicke in die Arbeitsweise und das Tagesgeschäft eines international agierenden Großunternehmens. Sie lernen zunächst die folgenden drei Kernbereiche bei Fastenal Europe kennen:

  1. Sales
  2. Operations
  3. Logistics Management

Ihre Einarbeitung wird zudem von der firmeneigenen Fastenal School of Business begleitet (Online-Kurse und Classroom Trainings an unseren europäischen Standorten).

Nach der Einarbeitungsphase leiten und organisieren Sie den Ausbau des Standortes und KundInnenstammes und den Warenfluss zu den KundInnen. Des Weiteren kümmern Sie sich um den Import- sowie Export unserer Produkte. Fastenal wird Sie gezielt auf eine Standortleiter- oder Vertriebsmanagerposition vorbereiten - gemäß Ihrer Vorstellungen, Fähigkeiten und Ziele. Ihre Fort- und Weiterbildung wird dementsprechend durch uns unterstützt.

IHRE AUFGABEN:
  1. Sie stehen täglich im direkten Kontakt mit unseren KundInnen und kümmern sich um deren Anfragen. Des Weiteren nehmen Sie KundInnentermine wahr, bei denen Sie Fastenal und unser gesamtes Service- und Produktportfolio präsentieren.
  2. Sie organisieren und leiten das Warenlager vor Ort.
  3. Im Rahmen der Auftragsdisposition kümmern Sie sich um die Beschaffung und den Einkauf unserer Produkte innerhalb unseres internationalen Zulieferernetzwerks.
  4. Sie kontrollieren die Einhaltung und Qualität der Arbeitsabläufe nach vorgegebenen Leistungskennzahlen.
  5. Sie beliefern unsere KundInnen und sind Ansprechpartner vor Ort.
