Job Description

  • Administration of the accounts payable area of several Austrian companies
  • Recording, account assignment and posting of domestic and foreign supplier invoices
  • Preparation of the weekly payment run in coordination with colleagues
  • Efficient communication with our suppliers and internal partners
  • Account reconciliation and master data maintenance
  • Filing and other administrative tasks
Qualifications
  • Successfully completed business degree and at least 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in the accounts payable area
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Navision an advantage
  • Strong numerical skills, accuracy and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent knowledge in German and English
