We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who enjoys overseeing and managing the invoice issuing process from start to finish. We seek a proactive person who is eager to engage with internal and external partners on a daily basis. A willingness to learn, cooperate, develop, share knowledge, and provide assistance where needed is essential to this role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the accounts receivable process, including creating and issuing invoices.
  2. Collaborate daily with internal and external partners.
  3. Support cash collection activities, oversee aging reports, send client reminders, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  4. Create and manage orders, maintain accurate data forecasts, and ensure timely invoicing.
  5. Adapt to new challenges quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a finance-related role, preferably within an accounting department.
  2. Education in Business & Economics, with a focus on accounting or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
  4. Proficiency in English (German is a plus but not required).
  5. Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage.
  6. Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and a team player.
  7. Ability to handle high workloads and meet deadlines.
