Als Teil unseres Commercial Operations Teams bist du die zentrale Anlaufstelle, um unsere Geschäftsprozesse zu unterstützen und zu koordinieren. Du bist die Brücke zwischen Vertrieb, Logistik und Finance und stellst sicher, dass alles reibungslos abläuft. Deine Arbeit ist entscheidend dafür, dass wir unseren Kund:innen exzellenten Service bieten können – mit einer Mischung aus Organisation, Kommunikation und Problemlösung.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Daten und Vertragsmanagement: Du kümmerst dich um administrative Aufgaben wie die Organisation von Dokumenten und Verträgen, die Eingabe von Daten in unser CRM und die Pflege von Reportings.
  • Kundenkontakt und Concierge-Service: Du bist die direkte Ansprechperson nach Vertragsabschluss für alle Rückfragen der Kund:innen und unterstützt proaktiv.
  • Reklamationsmanagement (Claims): Du bearbeitest Reklamationen und führst strukturierte Problemlösungsprozesse (8D) durch.
  • Sales Controlling: Du stellst sicher, dass Prozesse reibungslos ablaufen und überwachst die operative Ausführung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
