Aufgaben

Als Technical Analyst stehst du im engen Kundenkontakt, nimmst an Status-Besprechungen teil, um Lösungen zu erarbeiten, und kümmerst dich um technische Dokumentationen. Ebenso gehören Test-Begleitung und Software-Auslieferungen zu deinem Aufgabengebiet. Du arbeitest projektorientiert an Analyse, Vorbereitung und Umsetzung der verschiedenen Aufgaben und kannst dich dabei in definierten Zeitabschnitten den Themen widmen.

Zusätzlich sorgst du im 2nd und 3rd Level-Support für rasche Analyse und eine zeitnahe Umsetzung der Aufgaben bzw. aktualisierst und verwaltest die damit verbundenen Tickets. Beim Einsatz von größeren Änderungen kann es auch mal stressig werden, weswegen ein gewisses Maß an Stressresistenz erforderlich ist. Da sich die Technologien stetig ändern, solltest du ein großes Eigeninteresse mitbringen, dich laufend weiterzubilden, um am Puls der Zeit zu bleiben.

Generell bietet der Alltag als Technical Analyst viel Abwechslung und die Möglichkeit, Neues zu lernen. Interesse, sich weiterzuentwickeln und auch in neue Themenbereiche einzutauchen, sollte daher vorhanden sein.

Qualifikation
  1. Erfahrung im 2nd und 3rd Level-Support
  2. Handelssysteme: Bloomberg, Kondor+, Reuters
  3. SQL, DB (Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL)
  4. Versionsverwaltung (Git, SVN), Unix/Linux/DOS (z.B. Bash-/PowerShell-Scripting)
  5. Objektorientierte Programmierung (OOP z.B. Java)
  6. VBA
  7. Gute Deutschkenntnisse
  8. Hohe Serviceorientiertheit bzw. Denken aus Kundensicht
  9. Freundliches Auftreten
  10. Kondor+ Erfahrung von Vorteil
  11. CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst) von Vorteil
  12. SVP (Sicherheitsvertrauensperson) von Vorteil
  13. Arbeitserlaubnis für EU
