Nutze diese großartige Chance um deine Fähigkeiten bei uns einzusetzen.Als National Business Trainee arbeitest du im BESTSELLER-Headoffice in Wien für JACK & JONES. Während des zweijährigen Programms liegt der Schwerpunk auf der Entwicklung deiner Fähigkeiten und Persönlichkeit mit dem Ziel, nach Abschluss des NBT-Programms Verantwortung für einen Bereich übernehmen zu können.Das Programm umfasst unter anderem eine Oversea Woche, zum Beispiel in China oder Indien und zwei Stationen in unserem Headoffice in Dänemark - im ersten Jahr für einen ungefähren Zeitraum von 6 Monaten und im zweiten Jahr für 3 Monate.Weitere Informationen zum Programm findest du hier.Starte deine Karriere im Vertrieb als NBT und arbeite im Bereich des B2B-Verkaufs sowohl in Österreich als auch bei deinem Aufenthalt in Dänemark. * Mitwirkung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben * Erstellung von Umsatz-/ Budgetanalysen für das Verkaufsteam * Erster Kontakt für unsere Kunden per Telefon und Mail * Datenpflege & Analyse: Verwaltung von Partnerdaten, Bestellungsverfolgung und Berichterstellung * Auftragsverwaltung * Koordination von Lieferungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lager und der Logistik * Aktualisierung von Express-/ Bestands- und Kollektionsübersichten * Verantwortung für die externe Kommunikation in Bezug auf Ware, Sortimentswechsel usw. * Erstellung von personalisierten Mailings und Send-Outs sowie Stock- / Express-Angeboten per Telefon * Merchandising des Showrooms und Unterstützung des Verkaufs im Showroom bei Bedarf * Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rücksendungen Mit der Zeit erweitert sich der Aufgabenbereich um: * Teilnahme an Kollektionsmeetings * Unterstützung der Budgetplanung und Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von Verkaufsstrategien * Zuständigkeit für ein zugeordnetes Vertriebsgebiet inklusive der damit verbundenen Umsatzverantwortung * Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Maßnahmenableitung * Relationship Management inklusive Produkt, Kollektions & Lifestylepräsentationen für unsere Partner * Kontrolle des Lagerbestandes * Neukundenakquise inklusive Identifizierung neuer Potentiale (Marktchancen) und Segmente * After-Sales-Bearbeitung * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Marketing, Produktentwicklung und Sales Support Nach Abschluss des Programms erwarten wir, dass du in der Lage bist, deine Kunden selbstständig zu betreuen, Verantwortung für mehr Kunden zu übernehmen und gegebenenfalls als Junior Sales Representative für deine eigenen WHS - Kunden verantwortlich zu sein. Qualifikationen: Wir suchen vor allem nach einer offenen, motivierten Persönlichkeit, die unsere BESTSELLER-Werte vertritt und lebt. Unser Hauptaugenmerk liegt in diesem Fall auf deinem Softskill-Paket, denn fachlich werden wir dich über die zwei Jahre ausbilden. Dass du einen gewissen "Hunger auf den Verkauf" mitbringst, ist für uns selbstverständlich.
