The Queensland Nurses and Midwives' Union (QNMU) is looking for a strategic, people-focused leader to head our Member and Specialist Services function. As the Director, Member & Specialist Services, you will:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, including high-volume member support specialists;
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and member engagement;
  • Drive operational efficiencies, service improvements, and best-practice frameworks;
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance QNMU's impact and influence;
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of QNMU's member services while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
