ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting time for us, as we look to recruit for a Senior CRM Developer within our Technology department. We're looking for someone who can develop solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to create efficiencies within cricket. If you consider yourself using the latest best practices and technologies to design, architect and develop end-to-end solutions, we want to hear from you. We have big ambitions for this space, so we're looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.

Reporting to the Product Manager, CRM Platforms you'll be responsible for:

  1. Developing solutions using Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, serving as the Technical Lead for the Dynamics 365 (CRM) team
  2. Collaborating with developers, cyber and infrastructure teams to ensure solution design and development meets quality standards
  3. Providing technical guidance and support to developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  4. Developing and maintaining solution documents, including architecture diagrams, design and technical specifications
  5. Developing integration solutions for the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform team using Azure
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  1. 7+ years' experience in designing, developing and implementing MS Dynamics and Power Platform solutions
  2. Proficient technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configuration, customisation and development
  3. Solid understanding of Microsoft technologies including .NET, Azure and SharePoint
  4. Proven experience in development through cloud services, preferably Azure, including API Apps, API Management, Logic Apps and Azure Function Apps
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  6. A commitment to continuous learning and embracing emerging technologies
