As a CRM Executive, you will work with the Campaign Manager to carry out bwin's local communications and promotions plan across sports, casino and poker for the Austrian market. You'll help ensure that our messaging feels local and authentic while staying aligned with global brand strategies. You'll create communications for every stage of the customer journey, including onboarding, retention, upselling/cross-selling, and reactivation.

What you will do
- Collaborate with the team to implement CRM strategies for Germany.
- Create and deliver engaging multi-channel campaigns, including email, push notifications, and inbox messages.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term promotions to drive player engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and achieve KPIs.
- Work with internal teams (content, design, brand) to align with the CRM plan.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and execute campaigns effectively.
- Previous CRM experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of sports.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
