What You Will Be Working On
Leading and mentoring the production team, you will be responsible for the manufacturing rhythm that powers business success. Your focus will be on orchestrating production capabilities to deliver flawless joinery that exceeds expectations, every time.
  • Supported by the Factory Foreman, you'll develop and implement a structured production schedule providing maximum clarity across departments aligning to the works program.
  • Partner with Project Managers, ensuring production meets their requirements according to load demands and build schedules.
  • Assign and oversee workflow through cad set-out area to assist factory production, achieving key dates
  • Liaise with purchasing and factory foreman to ensure timely procurement of materials
  • Conduct post job meetings, communicating and implementing feedback where required
  • Oversee and manage quality control
  • Strengthen relationships with external contractors and suppliers
  • Staff recruitment and HR
