Position Overview:
As the Senior Payroll Administration Manager for our dynamic apprenticeship business, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and efficient processes. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join our team and ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of administrative functions, supporting our team and enhancing overall productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration
  • Proven experience in an office management or senior administration role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people of all levels internally and externally to the organisation
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements:

  • Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align administrative functions with overall business goals.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Budget planning and cost control for administrative expenses.
  • Monitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
  • Payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
  • Maintain Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) records and documentation
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to work.
