Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes und wachstumsstarkes Handelsunternehmen mit eigener Distributionsinfrastruktur. Zur Stärkung der Finanzstrategie und für die langfristige Ausrichtung des Unternehmens suchen wir einen Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (w/m/x) der die Perspektive zur Übernahme einer Geschäftsführungsfunktion mitbringt.

In der Rolle des CFO (w/m/x)) tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die gesamte Finanzstrategie - in Abstimmung mit dem Konzern - sowie die Steuerung des Unternehmens. Sie werden die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der Organisation fördern mit einem starken Fokus auf finanzielle Exzellenz, Effizienz und Digitalisierung.


Strategisches Finanzmanagement & Unternehmenssteuerung:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Finanzstrategie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung.
  • Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Finanzplanung, Forecasting und Controlling.
  • Steuerung der Cashflow-Planung und Liquiditätsmanagement für Wachstums- und Investitionsvorhaben.
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Finanzkennzahlen (KPIs) sowie Ableitung strategischer Maßnahmen.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Programmen zur Kostensenkung und Effizienzsteigerung.

Finanz- & Rechnungswesen, Controlling und Compliance:

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Finanzabteilung
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Bilanzerstellung, Steuerplanung und Jahresabschlüsse.
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen, steuerlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen.
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung interner Kontrollsysteme (IKS) und Compliance-Prozesse.

Operative Steuerung & Prozessoptimierung:

  • Unterstützung der Supply Chain und Logistik zur Effizienzsteigerung von Kostenstrukturen und Prozessen.
  • Implementierung moderner Steuerungs- und Berichtssysteme (BI-gestützte Dashboards, Echtzeit-Analysen).
  • Analyse und Steuerung der Preissicherungs- und Risikomanagementstrategien.
  • Monatliche Sicherstellung der Korrektheit relevanter Steuerabgaben.
    • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, Controlling oder Unternehmensführung.
    • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als kaufmännischer Leiter, idealerweise in einem Handels-, Produktions- oder Logistikunternehmen.
    • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Controlling, Steuern, Investitionsplanung und Liquiditätsmanagement.
    • Erfahrung in der Steuerung mittelständischer Unternehmen mit komplexen Geschäftsprozessen.
    • Tiefgehendes Verständnis für die Digitalisierung im Finanzbereich und den Einsatz moderner BI-Tools (Power BI).
    • Unternehmerisches Denken, strategische Weitsicht sowie eine analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
    • Führungskompetenz, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Entscheidungssicherheit.
      • Eine herausfordernde Führungsposition mit direktem Einfluss auf die Unternehmensentwicklung.

      • Monatsbruttogehalt (ALL-In) ab EUR 7.000,- plus variabler Gehaltsbestandteil, gekoppelt an eine leistungsbezogene Prämie. Überzahlung abhängig von fachlicher Eignung und Qualifikation.
