The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to lead our wonderful team. The role will be based in Chermside, and some of the responsibilities will include:
- Assist the Management of an engaged and inspired team of individuals
- Assist the Management of the daily operations of the boutique
- Assist the Management of Rostering, recruitment, and training
- All retail activities that contribute to brand image by coordinating with field and corporate functions with a sharp sense of entrepreneurship.
This is a Full-Time, 38-hour-per-week position that requires you to work at least one weekend every fortnight.
About you:
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business.
- Experience in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures.
- Skin care & management experience is ideal but not essential.
