About the role

A given project at Humaan usually involves a range of specialists across its lifetime, but the one constant throughout is the Project Manager, orchestrating work and liaising with our clients to keep it all running smoothly. With our workload growing, we're looking for a Senior PM to come aboard and support our team, our clients, and the delivery of world-class projects.

As a Senior PM at Humaan, you're people-first: intuitive, outgoing and great with our clients. You're well-organised and outcome-focused. You'll work closely with a range of technical specialists, as well as our leadership team, to ensure our work meets timeframes and expectations.

In short, you're a motivated process person with solid experience delivering digital projects, and you're at your best in the thick of a dynamic agency environment.

What you'll do
  • Manage projects, teams, budgets, and deadlines
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day activity within the Project Management team
  • Take the lead on the ongoing evolution of the organisation’s project processes, communication, and workflow
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, writers, managers, clients, and users to create world-class digital experiences
  • Take responsibility for quality details and ensure we deliver the best possible results
  • Use your excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships within the team and with clients
  • Work closely with our Agency Director and the leadership team to ensure project and product delivery aligns with organisational objectives
  • Share your knowledge effectively with the team, supporting collaborative development

What we expect of you
  • At least 5 years' experience in digital Account or Project management, or a similar area
  • Certification in (or a strong understanding of) waterfall and agile project management methodologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and build great client relationships
  • A constructive, resourceful mindset in the face of change and challenge

You must be legally eligible to work in Australia and speak fluent English.
