Senior IT Technical Account Manager (MSP)

About the Role

Hexicor is seeking a proactive and strategic IT Technical Account Manager to lead our efforts in South Australia in the areas of key account management and customer relationship strategies for our IT & Security Division. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue and growth across our diverse portfolio of products and services.

In this role, you will focus on understanding and addressing our customers' IT and Security needs, building strong, long-term relationships, and aligning our offerings with market demands. As a senior team member, you will support enterprise objectives, promote continuous improvement, and collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and foster a thriving, high-performance culture within Hexicor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all IT & Security related needs.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored ICT & Security strategies that support their objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, including performance metrics and growth opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical departments, to ensure cohesive service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide clients with up-to-date solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts and service agreements, ensuring terms are favourable and align with company policies.
  • Client Advocacy: Act as the voice of the client within Hexicor, ensuring their needs and feedback are communicated effectively to relevant departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior IT & Security Account Manager or in a similar role within the ICT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT & Security solutions and services, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced certifications in ICT management or related areas are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.
