Serafino McLaren Vale - comprises a 2 Hat restaurant, event, function & conference centre, extensive grounds and accommodation, together with the award-winning Serafino Winery - is one of McLaren Vale's leading venues.

As we grow our leadership team, we are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to represent our quality wine brand and deliver a McLaren Vale food and wine experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and wine, and an ability to connect with a refined approach.

You are a hands-on natural leader, responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor with all restaurant operations, conferences, and events.

We are looking for someone who is hospitality trained and experienced, seeking a long-term and developing role.

About You:
  • A career-focused hospitality expert with excellent service skills and exposure to fine-dining.
  • An experienced team leader who loves to upskill their team.
  • A desire to provide our guests and customers with the best level of service.
  • Creative flair with an eye for detail.
  • Takes ownership of environment and service delivery.
  • Sound wine knowledge (essential).
  • A passion for great food.
  • Able to work weekends and evenings to suit the needs of the restaurant and event bookings.
  • Hold a valid RSA or RP and be able to uphold the company's responsibilities & obligations.
