YOUR BAG OF TRICKS

  • 1-2 years experience as an Email Marketing/CRM Manager for a B2C audience in the DACH region

  • A German native speaker who is also fluent in English

  • Have some experience in email marketing/CRM using tools such as Iterable, Braze or other comparable tools

  • Have created and adapted user journeys that drive retention and loyalty based on analytics

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to help us take our team to the next level

As an Email Marketing Manager at Journi, you'll be working within our CRM team as part of the wider marketing department to help create engaging B2C marketing campaigns for our 6+ million users worldwide. You will focus on creating emails, push notifications, interstitials and other in-app touchpoints to communicate with our users and drive action.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Focus on the DACH region

  • Write marketing texts that resonate with the wants and needs of our users

  • Take ownership of planning, implementing & analyzing multi-channel CRM campaigns as well as user journeys

  • Work closely within the CRM team, but also with graphic designers, product owners and wider marketing team

  • Create, find and build new audience segments or growth areas to further our CRM efforts

  • Design & execute various tests based on analytical insights (such as A/B tests)

  • Stay up to date with email, digital marketing and ecommerce best practices

  • You are able to work in Austria & are already based in (or able to relocate to) Vienna

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in working in e-commerce

  • Experience with performance tracking or analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude, Tableau)

  • Experience with HTML, CSS or scripting languages found in email/marketing tools

  • Working in a small team in a startup environment
